The USS Arizona Memorial

Located at Pearl Harbor, in the island of Oahu, Hawaii. It's a resting place of over 1000 sailors killed on the USS Arizona during the Pearl Harbor attack, in World War II.

Parts from the sunken ship.

Before visiting the sunken ship, we walk around and the blue panels contain names of the death if I remember correctly.

The anchor weighs 19.585 pounds.

Took a boat, on the way to the sunken shi. That was in September, the weather was great & the sky was so bright.

An aircraft carrier parking at the harbor.

The same aircraft but from a different angle.

And a submarine parking there in front of the bridge, can you see it ?

Reaching the USS Arizona.

There she is.

oil slick :

Names of the death in this ship.

Many visitors.

I love the cloud.

This is USS Nevada, another sunken ship, but smaller one.

The sky in the 4th pictures looks like shapes of ships floating next to each other.

Hello Emila, thanks for visiting and the comment :-) You have great imagination ! No wonder you are such a good artist. I am doing good, just lack of time and energy to blog as Tristan is getting more and more clingy to me as he grows older ...
