Have you gone for exercise lately ?

This is the park that I go for a walk in the morning, it has 2 lakes, one is somewhat polluted - a common scene in Malaysia ... I could see empty mineral water bottle floating around, plastic bags, and other types of junks, surprisingly, the other lake looks much better, I mean cleaner, that's the one shown in the second picture below.

I used to go there at least 3 times a week for almost a month, but had to cut down to only once a week now, because Tristan has started to ask for feeding at midnight ever since I came back from my Crucial Conversation Training.

He used to stop asking for night time feeding since he was slightly more than 6 months old, my friend and sister-in-law really admired my peaceful nights, but the nightmare came back ... haha, just joking, it was a pleasure to feed him at night, just that I can no longer wake up at 6.10am in the morning to go for my walk before started working at 8am.

Now he would arise from his sleep, sit on the bed and demanded : "milk milk". Or he would say "Mee, milk milk", how could I resist such an adorable request ?

Have fun! Those days of sleep-deprived nights are now only a memory for us...my daughter's now five and thankfully we now get a full night's sleep. :-)

Hello Shantanu, am still lucky at the moment as I heard from an aunty who has 2 sons, said she lost all night sleep because after feeding the first one, the second would wake up and ask for his turn ...

Hello KuanHoong, "Ok !" ;o) (nice to see you here) :-)

Hello Cheerfulday, nice to meet you :-) Well, I only managed to go there 3 times a week for a 3-week period .. after that it went down to once a week, and now ... not even once a week, it's really hard to get up early at 6am.

Hi,

How are you doing?. I see you that you are still blogging. Hopefully you and your baby are in good health.

Just would like to share with you that my friend and I have just started our very own podcast show. There will be a new episode every Monday. We talk mostly about things in Japan in the eyes of a foreigner. If you are interested, you can listen to it here http://www.ichibanpodcast.com/ . The whole podcast is conducted in Cantonese though.

Love to hear your opinion and comment.

Happy CNY Janice, and thanks for visiting :-) Sorry for not responding earlier, Tristan has been very sick since we came back from my mom's place in Kedah last week, Kedah is a state in the Northern region of Malaysia, Tristan had flu, fever, cough, sore throat and sore gum on left and right side of his mouth due to teething, he's still coughing as of today ... I will write more when I get a chance.
